ha ha-I know all to well the stubborn schnauzer. I know yuki knows what I'm telling her because when I tell her a word she knows, her ears kinda stand a little and she stops for a second, and then keeps on doing what she's not supposed to. They are so smart, it's just that stubborness that is frustrating sometimes. But the little old man face makes up for it all. ;)
Now that is a trick that Parker will never learn- reach TOWARD the brush!
Schnauzers are tooo smart and too stubborn. This makes them soooo special! Oscar, it looks like you want to be either groomed or have a spoon of that food in the bowl..... You are a cutie!
We schnauzers have gotta SEE what's goin' on, and hence what's on the tables. You don't want to be ignorant! Way to go Oscar!!Tail Wuggles, Rubie.
LOL, well, at least he's too short to counter surf...right??
@Yuki's Mom: Interesting! I've never watched his ears. He does sometimes look right at me and get back to what he's doing. I think it's the intelligence that adds to the stubbornness.@Jenny and @Betsy: He's not reaching towards the brush because he wants to be groomed - he's trying to get at it so he can eat it and never have to be groomed again!@Rubie: It's true! If there's something edible on the tabletops, the schnauzer in the house has to be the first to know about it.@Kol: Unfortunately, he's juuust tall enough to grab stuff off the counters. If we forget to push our dishtowels far back enough, we'll find him chomping on them in a corner somewhere. Troublemaker!
