The human is now trying with the puppies about 3 times a week, without any toothpaste though.

We (Santa and Minnie) used to get greenies but not anymore when I (Santa) started vomitting and they found chunks of greenies in them. They have read some not so good reviews about greenies and so they have stopped giving us greenies.Diana Chiewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07644338153197830354noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8481239128305201844.post-17033330783602890872011-02-19T20:44:01.371-05:002011-02-19T20:44:01.371-05:00Hi Y'all,

I don't want to go up a size in Greenies either, since Oscar's a small dog. I did read that after all of the issues that people were having with Greenies not being digested properly, Greenies changed their recipe to make them easier to digest, but it still worries me how quickly he can get through one. We feed him dry kibble and are trying to move away from soft treats, since dry food and treats helps keep his teeth clean.OscarBloggerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07202312761235536474noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8481239128305201844.post-36123570926365030652011-02-19T17:47:30.444-05:002011-02-19T17:47:30.444-05:00For a while there was a lot of press about dogs ha...For a while there was a lot of press about dogs having serious blockages from swallowing big chunks of Greenies... just be careful that they are chewing it well if you give them Greenies. We give our dogs raw chicken necks every day... I know, sounds disgusting, but they love them, and it's really healthy and keeps their teeth nice and white. The raw chicken bones are safe, never give cooked chicken bones!Ruff Toy Reviewshttp://rufftoyreviews.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8481239128305201844.post-90791353081767898372011-02-19T16:38:26.818-05:002011-02-19T16:38:26.818-05:00Excellent topic. So I try and give him healthy dental chews from time to time.

We've hopped over to say hello and signed on as your newest follower.
